The Ideal Candidate

• Degree qualified in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience with significant responsibility for enterprise technology strategy and delivery.
• Proven track record of leading technology organisations within large, complex or multinational environments.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership teams to drive business transformation and organisational change.
• Strong exposure to cybersecurity, technology governance, enterprise platforms, digital innovation and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed teams and engaging stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
• International, regional or multi-country experience will be highly valued.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic investments, operational priorities and risk management.
