Responsibilities

• Research and design development for new season collection

• Source and develop new product

• Assist Chief Designer to co-operate with team in completing the whole process of the development from themes and concept, presentation of styling and sketches

• Able to initiate creative ideas from concept to execution independently

• Work closely with merchandising team to achieve product execution and maintain design integrity

• Conduct extensive research in yarns, fashion trend, accessories etc

• Carry out fitting and developing size specifications

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 1-3 years solid sweater design experience for contemporary fashion brands

• Excellent in knitwear technical knowledge and yarn sourcing

• With strong sense of fashion trend, new materials, yarns and accessories

• Proficient in both PC and design software

• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Putonghua

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Independent, energetic, flexible, responsible, and enthusiasm in fashion

• Willing to travel to China and overseas if required
