Responsibilities

• Report to Merchandising Manager and handling hard good products for Italy market

• Ability to resolve all aspects of problems from sourcing, product development, price negotiation, sampling, production till shipment in efficient and effective manner that implementing the merchandising strategies

• Build & maintain effective and good business partnership with vendors and act as a bridge to headquarter

• Monitor vendors performance, develop & initiate corrective actions when required

• Supervise the merchandiser to perform daily operation ensuring the quality and delivery performance as requirements

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above in merchandising or related subjects

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in merchandising field with strong knowledge of hard goods items, specifically furniture and electrical items, as well as a good understanding of plastic materials.

• Independent and detail-minded

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivator to drive results with proven business and financial acumen

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Proficiency in computer software of Microsoft office

• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Merchandiser
