The Employer of Choice Award, organized by JobMarket, is a prestigious award honors the very best organizations that have demonstrated superior talent management strategies, programs and HR best practices. Following the success since 2014, the Employer of Choice Award 2022 is entering its 9th year, continues to reward outstanding organisations, celebrate companies that have revolutionized working life in the new era.

The Award honors organizations, senior executives, and HR professionals for their outstanding achievements to talent management in the workplace and workforce, enable them to share and showcase successful initiatives and experiences. It highlights the excellent achievements of organisations base on quantifiable results.

How to Enter

For participants who are Employer

The award committee will carry out in-depth research in different industries to select and invite the potential organizations to enter the Awards. Interested organizations could participate by completing the entry proposal form and selecting the combination of media exposure provided by Job Market.
Awards are open to nominated organizations which have starting operations in Hong Kong before 1 August, 2019.
Strategies presented in the application should be executed during 1 August, 2020 to 31 July 2022.
Organizations who are eligible to be winner of the Employer of Choice Award can submit their entries to Professional Award and maximum 2 of the following 4 categories:
1) HR Excellence: Corporate Training Award OR Appreciation Culture Awards
2) Caring Employer: COVID 19 Caring Employers
3) Regional: Asia Pacific Outstanding Employer Award
4) Thought Leadership
Please state clearly on the entry proposal which category you are entering.
Organizations who submitting application for Professional Awards can compete for maximum of 4 areas in the category.

For participants who are HR Service Provider

The award committee will carry out in-depth research in different industries to select and invite the potential organizations to enter the Awards. Interested organizations could participate by completing the entry proposal form and selecting the media combination provided by Job Market.
Awards are open to nominated organizations which have operations in Hong Kong before 1 August, 2019.
Strategies presented in the application should be executed during 1 August, 2020 to 31 July 2022.
Organizations who are eligible to be winner of the HR Service Awards can submit their entries to maximum 1 of the following areas:
1) Best Corporate Trainer
2) Best Recruitment Agency
3) Best HR Technology Application
If organizations, too, are eligible to be winner of the Employer of Choice Award, participants can submit their additional entries to Professional Award and maximum 1 of the following 4 categories:
1) HR Excellence: Corporate Training Award OR Appreciation Culture Awards
2) Caring Employer: COVID 19 Caring Employers
3) Regional: Asia Pacific Outstanding Employer Award
4) Thought Leadership

Media Coverage

Apart from print coverage, JobMarket will promote the event and the participating companies through its online and social media platforms. The Award will also be market and covered in Sing Tao Daily, Headline Daily and The Standard.
