To cope with business expansion, our client is now looking for high calibre candidate to fill the following position:

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• At least 1 year relevant experience in main contractor and subcontractor side

• Knowledge in New Engineering Contract (NEC) is a MUST

• Fluent in Cantonese, good in Mandarin and English

• Quantity Surveying experience in MIC project is an advantage

• Responsible for contract administration and general quantity surveying work including measurement, variation valuation, cost control, claims preparation, dealing with main-contractor’s and subcontractor’s account, tendering preparation and support

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

Remarks:

• Monthly salary: HK$18K-24K (depends on experience/ skill)

• Working location: Kwun Tong
