Responsibilities:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Assist and liaise with Marketing team in preparation of marketing materials including sales brochures and various marketing collaterals
- Prepare sales scripts/factsheet and Q&As based on factual information obtained from Projects team, Authorized Person, and the consultant team
- Handle enquiries from interested clients and property agents
- Perform frontline and administrative duties at sales office / showflat
- Oversee daily operations in relation to sales and marketing activities
- Handle and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years or above experience in related industries (preferably in property developer)
- Self-driven, able to work proactively and independently
- Strong in analysis, be sensitive in pricing and a good team player
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
