DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with the hotel standards and documented Standard of Operating Procedures
- Actively make wine recommendations to members and guests at restaurants and banquet function
- Maintain wine serving equipment in good cleanliness and condition
- Oversee the seating set up arrangement, table set up, cutting and presentation of food
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years in a similar supervisory position
- Open-minded, attentive to detail, adaptable, good communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, responsible and have real passion in food and beverage service
- Mature, independent and presentable
- Background in hospitality industry would definitely be an advantage
- Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Captain
