Responsibilities:
- Supervise and perform all Front Desk operations
- Provide good customer service to hotel guests and check-in/out services
- Perform administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Mature, pleasant and able to work independently
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Front Desk Supervisor
