CICD Framework Development:

• Design, set up, and maintain CICD pipelines using Github Action, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.

• Oversee the integration of CICD pipelines with application servers (Red Hat OpenShift) and database servers.

• Ensure robust version control, automated testing, and seamless software delivery processes.

 

Deployment and Operations:

• Manage and optimize the software deployment lifecycle across custom-built and commercial off-the-shelf applications.

• Deploy, configure, and operate applications on Nginx, IBM Webspere,  and Openshift or equivalent K8S system.

 

Infrastructure and Tool Integration:

• Leverage Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.

 

Security and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce security measures throughout the CICD process.

 

Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

• Monitor CICD pipeline performance and application deployments to identify bottlenecks and failures.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the build, testing, and deployment phases.

 

Leadership and Mentorship:

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

•Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and documentation to promote best practices.

 

 

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, CICD, or related technical roles.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in setting up and operating CICD frameworks and software deployment processes in enterprise environments.

• Proven track record of deploying applications in private on-premises cloud environments.

• Experience in highly regulated industries requiring strict adherence to security and compliance standards.

• Certifications in DevOps, Red Hat OpenShift, or security tools are preferred.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•Effective communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
