About Your Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals in delivering technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact issues across various systems and applications.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Design and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose preventative measures.
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain technical documentation.
- Mentor and provide guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 support staff.
Does it sound like you?
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Windows AD, Endpoint protection, VMWare and Veeam
- Good knowledge in LAN/WAN technology and networking environment is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good personal communication skills and positive mindset
