Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales target and KPI target
- Explore new customers, mainly focus on Hong Kong and China markets
- Identify business opportunities and execute sales strategies to penetrate into the markets
- Coordinate with overseas offices for implementation of regional customer initiatives and business plans in facilitating sales revenue growth
- Observe market trends and competitiveness to develop sales forecasts and effective strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis reports for management review
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Requirement:
- Degree holder in business/e-commerce or any other related disciplines
- Minimum 4 to 5 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in managerial role, preferably in eCommerce/ logistics industry
- Familiar with China business markets and culture is absolutely an advantage
- Strong team leadership skills in driving business performance
- Fast-learning, self-motivated and target-orientated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Overseas travelling is required
