Responsibilities
- Deliver B2B account daily support and service
- Maintain assigned key accounts and observe customer demand trends
- Manage customer enquiries, requirements, feedback and complaints to deliver excellent customer service
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal partners regarding their requirements
- Prepare statistical report and performance summaries
- On-job training will be provided
- Perform other ad hoc duties and projects when assigned
Requirements
- Diploma holder or university graduate in any discipline
- 1 year or above related working experience, e-commerce logistic is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
- Independent and detail-oriented with positive attitude
- Good command in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of "Customer Service Assistant"
- Immediate available is highly preferable
