Responsibilities

• Perform Product development and new product sourcing activities suitable for Beauty Retail

• Liaise with suppliers & Sales teams for quotation, sample coordination and order follow up to shipment

• Negotiate with suppliers to meet sales team’s cost and quality requirements

• User / panel test arrangement with internal colleagues, supplier and external 3rd party lab

• Assist in brand development, trends and market research to support new market and products development

• Support line manager in executing product development, samples arrangement and administration matters

Requirements

• Diploma or above

• 5 years+ merchandising experience in Cosmetic Accessories, Health & Beauty

• Great Passion for sourcing and negotiation

• With Strong Interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Motivated and enjoy teamwork across different culture

• Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Typing

• Good in both English and Mandarin
