Our Client is now looking for high calibre candidate to fill the following position:

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or related discipline

• 4 years of managerial or senior-level design experience in the jewelry industry is A MUST

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of jewelry designers from Hong Kong and China

• Develop and implement design strategies

• Oversee the design process for new jewelry collections to maintain high standards 

• Establish and manage the design budget

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal regulations

• Strong creativity skills and the vision to turn briefs into creative projects

• In-depth knowledge of jewelry design and CAD tools

• Fluent in English and Mandarin

• Salary package: Open to discuss (depends on skills/ experience)

• Working location: Hung Hom
