Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, including prepping ingredients (e.g., cutting fruits) and cleaning equipment.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
Assist in inventory management, ensuring all ingredients (including fruits) and supplies are stocked and stored properly.
Adhere to company health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
Handle cash and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist in training new team members on drink preparation and operational procedures.
Stay updated on new menu items, seasonal specials, and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
