Responsibilities
- Prepare written and statistical membership reports
- Provide direction to the team on handling enquires / cases that fall within grey area lacking specific policies
- Address members' complaints promptly
- Organize various events including interviews, Annual General Meeting, Extraordinary General Meeting of the Club
- Oversee the Membership Team's daily operations
- Processing of new Member applications / resignations / changes of particulars
- Reponsible for keeping and maintaining the accurate database of the Club
- Provide service training for the Membership Team
- Report to Department Head of Membership Department
Requirements
- Degree holder in Public Relations / Communications / Journalism / Related discipline
- Over 5 years relevant working experience / 2 years or above in a senior PR / Marketing / administrative position.
- Strong project management, analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Office: Excel, Power Point, Word and Chinese processing
- Excellent writing, communication and service skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
