Responsibilities:
* Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans, including creating schedules and presentation slides for system uploads.
* Prepare a presentation deck for weekly meetings with sales, product teams, and related KPI reporting.
* Collaborate closely with the Accounting team to review month-end and year-end closing processes, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and all related reports.
* Review and approve routine daily invoices and travel & expense payments.
* Oversee the annual internal control initiative, ensuring compliance with Group requirements and maintaining effective internal controls.
* Streamline reporting tools and enhance the standards of management reports and processes.
* Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Retail experience is highly preferred
* Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a bonus
