Responsibilities

• Lead our shipping teams in factories, monitoring and resolving all the logistics issues

• Collaborate with factories for smooth production and shipping alignment

• Optimize international shipping routes, costs, and timelines

• Ensure compliance with global shipping regulations

• Develop and implement shipping procedures to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness

• Negotiate with forwarders for service enhancements and cost efficiency

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 10+ years of relevant experience in shipping management or cargo/freight forwarding

• Strong experience working with factories to coordinate shipping and logistics 

• Experienced in handling import/export documentation

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple shipping schedules simultaneously
