Responsibilities

• Handle F/S of I/E document

• Communicate with China factory and Freight Forwarder

• Handle of the process of LC issuance and related documentation

• Handle bank documents for LC payment

• Assist the supervisor to prepare information as directed by the management from time to time

• Follow up orders and shipping documents where required

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the garment industry

• Hands-on knowledge in shipping operation and customs clearance matters

• Full knowledge on full set of L/C document, logistic documents

• Independent and detail oriented

• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English

• Immediate available is preferred
