Responsibilities
- Responsible for front office operational efficiency and service delivery;
- Perform check in, check out and room change procedures and ensures all data are entered completely into the hotel systems;
- Maintain and control the room status;
- Handle guest enquiries and guest complaints tactfully and efficiently;
- Monitor billing, cashiering and cash handling procedures;
Requirements
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin;
- We offer 8 days rest days per month to the right candidates;
