Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice, support and identify the difficulties that may arise during development and production stages

• Daily communication with both HK and China team is a must

• Understand and keep updated manufacturing, quality standards and requirements

• Preparing fitting comments in garment fit and construction throughout the sampling and production processes

• Responsible for workmanship, fitting approval, size set, pattern and technical problem solving

• Communicate fitting comments and provide technical advices to factory to ensure their standard to products or samples are fulfilled

• Assist to drive improvement of fitting performance

• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

 
Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 5+ years technical experience in lingerie industry

• Good paper pattern knowledge and grading experiences

• Able to deal with foreign designers and fit technicians of customers independently

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated, team player and be able to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment

• Organized, detail-oriented, hard-working and can meet timely deadline

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must

• Based in HK with frequent travel to factory in China/ other countries

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Technician
