Responsibilities
Handling full set of accounts, manage accounting operation, bookkeeping, prepare journal entries and accounts analysis independently
Provide supports for management reports and group reporting
Responsible to prepare invoice, statement, issue debit note, reminder, receipt
Arrange cheque payment and collection
Handling the record of miscellaneous charges
Handling small claims if any
Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
LCC intermediate or above
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
Knowledge of Peachtree or other accounting applications is an advantage
Proficiency PC skills in MS words, Excel and Chinese-word processing
Fluent Cantonese, good command of written and spoken English
Self-motivate, good interpersonal skill, independent with strong sense of responsibility
