Responsibilities
Work under Digital Business Development Department
Handle enquiries from other group companies
Analyze and review procedures and workflow of subsidiaries for improving consistence, efficiency and effectiveness
Participate in the work required for internal system implementation, including contact with system vendor, provide user orientation, system testing and confirmation
Assist to prepare a proposal for system requirement, communicate with system vendor to verify the proposal
Prepare documents such as working procedures, workflows or operation manuals
Provide post-implementation support, i.e. conduct site visit to check the progress of implementing the system
Prepare data analysis report on daily operation
Provide data entry, filing and other clerical support for team operation
Participate in ad-hoc duties if necessary
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above with 1-2 year relevant experience, candidate with experience in customer service will be a plus
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Well versed with PC applications like MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese WP
Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-minded, multitasking, willing to learn
Customer-oriented and self-motivated characters are preferred
Candidates with more experience may be considered as Associate Operation Officer
