Responsibilities
Support all internal and external HR inquiries or requests for HK, PRC and Vietnam
Maintain/Update the Associates pre and post-employment documentation to ensure the compliance of statutory requirements like labor laws, regulations and Inland Revenue
Maintain associate manuals and assist management in setting the employment/associate policies
Assist with performance management procedures, documentation and follow-up
Assist in all recruitment efforts by setting up channels to attract candidates; sourcing and pre-screening of candidates, initiate the interview process for hiring manager; performing reference check and preparation of employment contracts per supervisor’s guidance
Coordinate the orientation and on-boarding setup for new joiner
Coordinate the off-boarding documentation and exit interview for non-managerial associate
Maintain the integrity of associate database for attendance, leave – all kinds, benefits and monthly payroll
Provide HR administrative and clerical support, process HR related invoices
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Hands-on experience in Hong Kong labor laws, regulations and practices
HR Exposure in PRC and South East Asia is a definite advantage
Excellent verbal and written Chinese and English communication skills
Ability to work independently with good ethical judgment
Strong computer literacy in MS Office – Word, Excel and Power Point
