Responsibilities
Support in implement sourcing projects and develop sustainable sourcing activities with our global Sales Lines, predominantly focusing on China market
Participate in selecting and negotiating with suppliers to secure optimal service from shortlisted candidates
Identify and manage risks and gaps after the product development process lead by manager
Ensure year-round product availability through efficient supply chain management
Coordinate & analyze market prices and trends to provide relevant market information to Sales Lines and suggest innovative solutions
Develop and implement yearly shipment plans for suppliers with weekly review and update based on customer sales forecasts
Monitor and manage orders, shipment status, and delivery schedules with overseas suppliers and customers to ensure on-time delivery
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
3 years’ relevant sourcing or sales coordination experience in Food sector / FMCG, preferable in multi-national trading companies / retailer
Knowledge and experience in Wine, Dry & Frozen food is highly preferred
Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel / PowerPoint / Word / Outlook / TEAMS) and Chinese word processing
Good analytical and communication skills
Creative thinker who dares to think outside the box
Strong problem solving and project management skills
Energetic to drive for customer success and excellent service
Possess strong sense of ownership and high degree of independence
Passionate in connecting with people
Flexibility and willingness to travel to China
