Responsibilities
Handle accounting records and reconcile financial data on a monthly basis
Liaise with the day to day operations of oversea branches
Compliance with internal control procedures and policies
Deal with external parties, e.g. banks, for overall financial and accounting operations, and participate in other ad hoc assignment
Work close with HK and PRC operations team
Assist in financial budget and analysis for overseas offices
Assist in cashflow forecasting and management
Ad-hoc task as requires
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above in accounting, Finance or a related discipline
At least 2 years relevant experiences, preferably in trading or manufacturing industry
Good PC skills in Excel and accounting software
Knowledge of ERP Oracle is a plus
Well-organized, good communication, problem-solving, details-mined analytical skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
Good command of spoken & written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
