Responsibilities

• Liaise with factories and forwarders to ensure on time delivery

• Ensure on time and transparent shipping documentation and processes

• Monitor all shipments in transit and alert needed parties in case of any problems

• Negotiate freight rates with forwarders

• Liaise with all shipping / logistics relevant areas

Requirements

• Diploma holder

• 1 year shipping experience, garment pref

• Experience in handling full set of Import & Export shipping and banking documents (LC, DA, DP & Bank Guarantee)

• Experience in handling C/O, Form A, I/E license, Rocars and Tradelink Declaration

• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Strong analytical thinking, integrity, reliability, outgoing personality

• Self-motivated, mature, work independently and able to work under pressure

• Strong leadership, attention to detail and good communicate skill
