Assistant Clerk (Ref# 066508)

Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying and scanning

  • Providing clerical support for sales team as required

  • Use the company system to create factory orders

  • Send samples by courier

  • Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager


Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines

  • High attention to detail and the ability to work fast and accurately

  • Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite

  • Chinese word processing is a must
