Responsibilities

• To follow production planning & scheduling coordinate with factory on production status

• To monitoring material delivery to factory status , Time and Action order status

• Base on material status to work with Factory on production plan to ensure bulk order delivery on time

• Sample Risk assessment before production to avoid production problem  

• Solving production problem during from pre-production status to bulk shipment

• Coordinate  with all parties to ensure everything on trackpoint

• Assist factory management on working practice, compliance work, SOP , QA  and factory related issue

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3-5 years  merchandising experience in Cut & Sewn casual & performance wear

• Good communication skills with cross functional partners

• Strong garment fitting  and fabric  knowledge, that can provide constructive solution and communicate with Buyer and Factories technician in problem solving

• Good time management and project execution

• Fluent written and spoken English & Chinese

• Proficient in Microsoft application, eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Experience in factory manufacturing is preferable

• Good teamwork , result oriented and good time management in project execution

• Passion in Garment Manufacturing Industry
