Major Responsibilities:
● Providing efficient and quality customer services, including handling enquiries and complaints, via counter services, phone calls, emails, correspondences etc.
● Assisting in development, implementation and promotion of the facilities and services of the Board.
● Providing supports to clients and members of the public on the usage of the Board’s computer systems and applications.
● Assisting in review and enhancement of facilities and services of the Board.
● Providing administrative and operational support as assigned.
● Taking up ad-hoc assignments.
● Required to wear uniforms.
● Working hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 3 rest days in 2 weeks (on shift).
Requirements:
● University graduate.
● Non-university graduate with at least 3 years’ working experience will also be considered.
● Working experience in property/estate management, customer services or venue operations preferable.
● Strong team player with good interpersonal skills, self-motivation and proactivity.
● Good project management skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
● Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel & Powerpoint) & word processing (English & Chinese).
● Candidates with other qualification or less working experience will also be considered for appropriate post.
Benefits:
Monthly salary up to 35,080 (subject to work experience and qualifications); contract-end gratuity; 14-18 days of annual leave; medical insurance for staff and dependents; and training subsidy etc.
