Responsibilities:
- Perform daily testing and analysis, review and decide the status of incoming materials and finished products
- Compare lab results with specification standards and coordinate with internal and external parties for follow up and improvement actions
- Perform routine sampling, recording, and inspection
- Participate in quality inspections, audits, and other quality-related projects
Requirements:
- University degree in Food Science/Nutrition or related discipline
- 1-2 year working experience preferably gained in the laboratory of food manufacturing industry (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
- Detail-minded with good analytical skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to solve problems and work under pressure
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English as well as computer applications
- Immediate available is highly preferred
