Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure smooth daily operating of the Front Office
- Provide and ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all times
- Handle and report all guest complaints, compliments and suggestions to the management
- Handle emergency cases in accordance with hotel polices and procedure
- Respond to any ad-hoc requests from senior management
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in Front Office operation
- Strong leadership and able to work independently
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
