Responsibilities
Receive and answer incoming calls and emails from clients, vendors and suppliers
Log all support calls into the ticketing system and then proceed to manage and update the ticket to resolution
Work closely with multiple departments to enhance the sales workflow, account receivables and credit control
Data entry/ administration of service contracts, agreements and scheduling and calendars
Post service calls follow up
Prepare reports to clients, management and vendors of a high quality and to deadline
Update manufacturer warranty information and renewals
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
At least 2 years relevant working experience in First Line Support / Customer Service
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent applications
Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, well-organized, detail-oriented, customer oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure
Proficient communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
