Service Coordinator (Ref# 064699)

Responsibilities

  • Receive and answer incoming calls and emails from clients, vendors and suppliers

  • Log all support calls into the ticketing system and then proceed to manage and update the ticket to resolution

  • Work closely with multiple departments to enhance the sales workflow, account receivables and credit control

  • Data entry/ administration of service contracts, agreements and scheduling and calendars

  • Post service calls follow up

  • Prepare reports to clients, management and vendors of a high quality and to deadline

  • Update manufacturer warranty information and renewals


Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in First Line Support / Customer Service

  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent applications

  • Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, well-organized, detail-oriented, customer oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure

  • Proficient communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
