Senior Manager / Deputy Director (IT Software Development)(Ref# 066567)

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and manage project implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and achievement of project objectives

  • End-to-End Management: Lead the entire software development project cycle, from analyzing business requirements to overseeing implementation and quality control

  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions to address those requirements and response RFI/RFP

  • Technical Expertise:  Work with technical teams to design, configure, and implement solutions that meet client requirements and enhance business processes

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, PMO, IT, and business process owners, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for projects and implementations

  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication and presentation with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements

  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, ensuring optimal utilization and productivity

  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, conducting thorough testing and validation as necessary

  • Risk Management: Spearhead project-related risk management processes and tackle ad-hoc tasks as they arise


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field. Master degree in AI or Data technology are a plus

  • At least 15 years of experience in project management, with experience in large-scale implementations and at least 5 years in management role

  • Candidates with a background in system integration are highly valued for this role

  • Relevant technical certifications and project management certifications are a plus

  • Extensive experience in managing project implementation, with a proven track record of successful project delivery

  • Strong understanding of various technologies or solutions and their integration within business processes

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Proficient in Englis, Mandarin is a plus

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams
