IT Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
  • Handle daily administrative tasks for the IT Department, including document management, filing, and meeting arrangements;
  • Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software, and manage vendor relationships;
  • Process financial reimbursements and manage the IT department's budget;
  • Coordinate IT project schedules, track project documentation, and prepare reports;
  • Provide back-office support to ensure the smooth operation of the IT department;
  • Provide general IT support services for the users;
  • Provide other ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Higher Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent or a related discipline;
  • Minimum 2 years of solid working experience in office administration or relevant working experience;
  • Good command of Chinese, English & Mandarin;
  • Self-motivated, organized, and responsible individuals who take pride in their work;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills as a team player;
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multitasking environment while maintaining attention to detail;
  • A strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills with a positive mindset;
  • A proactive mindset, well-organized, willing to learn, detail-minded, embracing problem-solving, and a strong sense of accountability;
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of problem-solving;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications to support the above works effectively;
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
