Responsibilities:
Executive support to the management
- Report directly to and assist Managing Director of the Group.
- Liaise closely with internal and external team members to provide all rounded support to Managing Director of the Group.
- Assist in ad-hoc and/or new tasks as required by the management.
Office administration
- Work on general administration and office service for the Company, e.g. office renovation, relocation, procurement and supplies, office equipment maintenance and repair etc.
- Manage the office by providing all-rounded administrative support.
Facilities Management
- Work closely with shop managers for companies/outlet’s licenses renewal, certificates renewal, maintenance and repair work.
- Assist in various projects such as office relocation, new shop construction.
- Administer various contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years’ solid experience in administration or executive support
- Fluent in written and spoken in Chinese and English
- Detail-oriented, prioritize, organized, energetic, independent and self-initiative
- Positive thinking, good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS applications and Chinese word processing
- Experience in catering or hotel industry is an advantage
