Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain and ensuring the healthiness of various digital applications and experiences in production
- Troubleshoot and maintain configurations and/or scripts for deployment and starting executables
- Monitor system performance, escalate application and/or hardware issues to designated contact points
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with end-users on issue identification, mitigation and workarounds
- Document and maintain procedures for issue resolution
- Provide stand-by and ad-hoc support at non-office hours
Requirements:
- Diploma or Higher Diploma graduate, preferably in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good command in both spoken and written English
- Good command in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• Experienced in digital kiosk IT solutions is an absolute advantage
• Knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) for database querying
• Good technical skill on Windows and mobile application
