Responsibilities
Participate in full employee life cycle and monitor daily HR operation in recruitment, C&B, employee relations, training and performance management etc.
Responsible for performing monthly payroll, commission calculation, MPF, final payment and prepare payroll reports
Support the review, design, implementation and communication of HR strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs
Assist to draft, formulate and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure policy compliance
Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review and participate in salary benchmarking and market surveys
Handle staff EC cases, including liaising with employee and Labor department, investigation record handling and EC payment processes
Support staff development, service enhancement programs, projects, workshops and staff activities
Assist on other HR related projects / duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
2-3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF ordinance and other HR related regulations in HK
Detail-minded, team player, patient with strong numerical and analytical skills
Good organizational, analytical skills and logical thinking with a strong sense of accountability and flexibility
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a "Can-Do" attitude
Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment with high volume assignments
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
Immediate available would be an advantage
