Responsibilities

• Assist Merchandising Manager in daily operations, handling orders from sample development to bulk delivery

• Collaborate extensively with teams, factories, vendors and overseas clients from US/Canada markets

• Work closely with factories to manage and optimize order and production schedules

• Monitor overall procedures to ensure a high standard of order fulfillment and compliance with quality standards

• Adjust product allocation and replenishment plans based on sales trends, seasonal demand, promotion schedules, and retailer requirements

• Assist in maximizing sales margin, inventory capacity, and production priority through effective merchandising techniques

• Conduct in-depth analysis of weekly sales, customer preferences, and inventory data to identify potential business opportunities and risks

• Ensure adherence to factory and quality compliance standards

Requirement

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 5 years in manufactoring industry

• Responsible and organized, able to work under tight schedules 

• Great communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to deal with clients and factories

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify key insights

• Occationally travel to China is required

• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese

• Good computer knowledge in Excel/Word (Pivot table, Xlookup)
