i) Responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing overall business development, lead generation, and exploring new opportunities & amp; key accounts; faithfully and diligently performing such duties and exercising such powers as may be reasonably assigned to, or vested in, the Employee from time to time by the Company or any related company;
(ii) Managing a business development team and keeping them accountable for supporting new opportunities and key accounts closure;
(iii) Conducting qualitative & quantitative analysis on the effectiveness of the initiatives, consolidate and prepare management reports with recommendation to facilitate the management review & amp; decision-making;
(iv) Overseeing business operations including marketing strategy, budgeting and daily matters;
(v) Formulate and execute business plans and strategies for Hong Kong markets to ensure sustainable development, maximize investment returns and increase productivity;
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 5 years' work experience relevant to latex products and the pet toy industry.
2. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
3. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
