Responsibilities:

• Champion the one-stop personal banking services at branches
• Identify existing and prospective customers' needs of financial services, including both products & services
• Advisory to customers for general banking services and wealth management products including account opening, mortgage, credit card, personal loan and insurance
• Maintain good relationship with both existing and new customers

Requirement:

• University degree / Associate degree holders, or HKCEE / HKDSE holders with experience in  Insurance Agent / Telemarketing / Teller, with exposure in banking projects an advantage
• IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 and HKSI 1, 7, 8 is required
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
