Personal Assistant (Ref# 066598)

Responsibilities

  • One-on-one service to boss

  • Provide full spectrum secretarial, clerical support and simple accounting tasks

  • Responsible for arranging meeting schedule, business trips, appointment and travel arrangements, etc.

  • Support online retail website management

  • Support ad hoc assignments as necessary

Requirements

  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Be patient, polite and agreeable disposition, good interpersonal skills

  • Resourceful, detail-minded, independent and well-organized

  • With related working experience is an advantage

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Good computer knowledge of Photoshop, Outlook Express, MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing

  • Time-management skills

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Fresh graduate will be considered

  • Immediately available is highly preferred
