ob Responsibilities:

Oversees, plan, estimates and manage ongoing software projects

Ensure the delivery of final products or services from the projects is to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan

Supervise project team, arrange and allocation team resources

Communicate with all project stakeholders

Identify, analyze and resolve project issues and initiation corrective actions

User requirement gathering

Scope and change management

Project status reporting

Job Requirements:
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry with 2 years in project management role
-
Degree in computer science or related discipline
-
Strong leadership and project management concepts
-
Knowledge in Java/.NET, RDBMS such as Oracle, MSSQL or MySQL
-
Relevant experience in document management, imaging or workflow management projects is an advantage
-
PMP or equivalent project management certificate prefer but not essential
-
Government project experience is preferable
-
Familiar with government IT procurement procedures is preferred.
-
Experience in software product implementation and rollout
-
Strong presentation, documentation, analytical and problem solving skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese
-
Mandarin is highly preferable
-
Occasionally travel is required
