Responsibilities

• Work in collaboration with Design Team at New York Head office

• Aligned with NY Design Team on sample development calendar, and sample deadline

• Review tech pack and clarify with NY Design & factories for any missing info or ambiguities

• Coordinate with factories/sample rooms to ensure of having full information to proceed samples, and the requested sample deadline is achievable

• Liaise internally with Fabric & Trims team for sample yardages and trims arrangement

• Follow up the sample progress

• Check and approval sample invoices

• Work proactively to solve problems that hinder the sample making
  
  

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 5 years experiences working in garment industry

• Factory or sample rooms working experiences are preferred

• Well verse in English and Mandarin, and computer literate (Outlook, Excel)

• Knowledge on PLM is an advantage

• Self starter, responsible, effective communication skill

• Good planning, organizing and problem-solving skills

• Willing to travel
