Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily office and warehouse operations in company’s internal facility-related issues, including cleaning, security measures, alterations and additions works, renovation routine repair and maintenance works
Monitor and coordinate works and services performed by outsourced contractors, included air-conditioning, fire services, electricity, cleaning and security services, etc.
Provide support and supervision to in-house technicians in routine maintenance and emergency repairs
Assist in preparing the documentation of procurement and regular reports. e.g. quotation, purchase order, budget control, incident report etc.
Handle urgent and emergency incidents
Perform any ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 1 years’ relevant work experience
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office
Good command in English and Chinese
Proactive, Independent, Responsible
