Responsibilities
Handle daily operation to Human Resources Department such as monthly payroll preparation, attendance management, MPF administration, data input and records keeping duties
Handle recruitment activities including job-ad posting, arrangement of interview, verification of candidate’s qualification, etc.
Provide administrative support including but not limited to general office administration
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
1-2 years relevant working experience
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
A team player, mature with good interpersonal skills
Knowledge with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and Chinese word processing
Fresh graduate will also be considered
