Responsibilities

• Support in Merchant and Sales team process for the products

• Handling product development, milestone and retailer's program support

• Following order & contact directly to overseas customers and local buyers

• Manage sourcing, price negotiation, production, logistic

• Monitor supplier to ensure product made with required specification, quality standard and compliance

• Explore new manufacturing vendors and evaluate the production capacity

• Perform other Ad-hoc duties are required

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 3 years above merchandising experience or related

• Solid sourcing and merchandising experiences in toys, arts & crafts products are preferred

• Able to work independently in full merchandising area (from product development, mass production, quality control, to shipment completion and testing and factory audit)

• Managerial capability to lead and supervise merchandisers and QC is preferable

• High Command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Strong business sense and organizing power, excellent negotiation skill, well interpersonal & communication skills  

• Mature, engergetic, detail-orineted and crucial in good team spirit
