Responsibilities
Driving digital strategy for website, social media, and online platforms
Concrete experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM and data analytics is highly preferred
Analyzing customer behavior and engagement patterns; use insights to make data-driven decisions and propose marketing tactics including targeted offers and personalized rewards
Driving various online marketing initiatives, across social media, display, App and email marketing, affiliate etc.
Generating creative digital marketing ideas, content and carrying out A/B tests
Preparing and monitoring campaign budget. Evaluating the campaign performance and effectiveness; providing insights to drive and optimize KPIs (i.e. traffic, engagement, conversion, ROAS) in various digital marketing funnels for the business
Developing all marketing communications and social media campaigns in collaboration with the designer and agency to ensure all promotions are planned and executed on schedule
Preparing reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
3 years or above relevant experience in e-Commerce business
Solid experience in e-Commerce, digital communication, social media planning and managing e-Commerce channels
Strong understanding of social media trends with sense of fashion and able to deliver high-quality campaigns
Strong analytical skills to drive marketing results and able to manage multiple tasks
Able to work independently, under pressure and to work on multiple projects with tight schedule
Well-versed in using MS Office application and knowledge in digital tools
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate available would be an advantage
