Responsibilities

• Manage full set of I/E documents and declaration

• Monitor shipment schedule and assign carriers to meet delivery requirements

• Closely work with factory and clients for the shipments to ensure on time delivery

• Prepare shipment reports, organize and maintain shipping documents filing properly

• Manage TradeLink declaration 

• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 above

• At least 2 years relevant working experience in logistic 

• Candidates must with both import and export experience 

• Familiarity with manufacturing and export business is advantageous

• Good command of English, and Chinese (additional language is advantage)

• Good computer skills including Word, Excel & Chinese word processing

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

• Good communication and problem-solving skill, responsible, committed and able to work independently under pressure

• Outgoing, proactive, and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset

• Immediate availability is high preferable
