Responsibilities

• Work closely with team leaders to assist in sales and marketing projects 

• Liaise with clients on project coordination, quotations, and sales administration tasks 

• Deploy marketing campaigns and execute marketing strategies 

• Develop new business by participating in various trade events, exhibitions, seminars/webinars, and organizing meetings or sales pitch presentations with clients 

• Able to actively provide the company with project expansion plans implement the company's market brand strategy

• Prepare and manage marketing materials, including company websites, social media, sales pitch presentations, prints and publications. 

• Conduct research and analyse market trends, identity and engage potential clients, partners and other relevant stakeholders 

• Be responsible for marketing budgets and contract negotiations

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• With 2-3 years of relevant working experience for junior positions (practical experience is more important than academic qualifications for this position)

• Will consider for Senior Positions if: 

• Hands-on experience in business development projects, marketing or branding projects, and new market entrance 

• Experience in manufacturing, import/export, or international trade is an advantage 

• Familiarity with the food, healthcare, or cosmetic market is also advantageous 

• Good command of English and Chinese (The ability to speak one or more other languages is an advantage)

• Proficient in MS Office and ERP 

• Based in Hong Kong, willing to overseas travel is required

• Positive attitude, passionate, and energetic 

• Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities 

• Immediate availability is highly preferable
